Veda Krishnan, ARS, PhD
Division of Biochemistry, ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI)
We are a team comprised of multi-disciplinary researchers who are really passionate about enhancing global human health by contributing towards food and nutrition research, bio-functional foods, and innovative processes. Our current focus is to systematically characterize niche food matrices, with the major aim of reducing their glycemic potential as well as enriching other nutraceutical potential. We also provide assistance in research, analysis, and experimentation on nutritional enhancement in cereals & legumes.
"LAB IS WHERE HEART IS"
